Refund Policy

At Nutra Juice, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

We accept refund requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information by email if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nutra Juice is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We currently ship to the locations available at checkout. Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.
